CORICANCHA, PERÚ
This is the most well preserved room at Korikancha. It was dedicated to the worship of the stars, which were looked upon as the daughters of the Sun and the Moon, and especially the morning star Venus (Chasea), considered to be the sentinel for her father the Sun god. The walls were covered with gold and silver sheets. The large window located in the middle of the access wall to the temple was ornately decorated with gold and precious stones. Cusco, Peru.
Esta es la habitación más bien conservado en Korikancha. Fue dedicado a la adoración de las estrellas, que fueron veía como las hijas del Sol y la Luna, y especialmente la estrella de la mañana Venus (Chasea), considerada como el centinela de su padre el dios del Sol. Las paredes estaban cubiertas con hojas de oro y plata. La gran ventana situada en medio de la pared de acceso al templo fue decorada con oro y piedras preciosas. Cusco, Perú.
